Being creative has always been a part of my life.

I have loved drawing, painting and pottery from a very young age, and worked hard to hone my skills. But for me, being creative was about much more than being good. It was my in some ways my solitude, my clarity in thinking and a way to refocus on what is important.

I was lucky enough to find a husband who was just as passionate about art and being creative, and we kept inspiring each other.

I have since learned that I love to learn new skills. From sewing, painting, making jewellery, costumes and so much more, I can honestly say that I love what I do.

Being a mom of three also adds to the mystery of creativity unfolding every day, and I learn a lot about this from my children's perspectives.

My hope is, by being creative I can somehow inspire others to see and appreciate the wonderful world we live in, and the people who surround us.
