SHIPPING POLICY

BlueBird Emporium makes use of local courier companies.  Should your order exceed courier set limitations, you wil be contacted for alternative arrangements.  All prices of the items posted on the website are exclusive of delivery costs. Delivery costs will be stated separately when settling the order and may vary daily and for each order.

BlueBird Emporium offers 2 methods of delivery of Goods. You may elect delivery via:

      - courier; or

      - curb-side pickup, (self collection).

​

Where it accepts your order, BlueBird Emporium or the Third Party Seller will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period.

BlueBird Emporium's obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. BlueBird Emporium is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or item received, you can log a return by contacting us via our email bluebirdstudiosa@gmail.com.  

- Our returns policy is in accordance with The South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008. 

- Items may only be returned if they are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly delivered or where the customer   changes their mind within the parameters, as set out in the Consumer Protection Act.

Please note that due to their nature, certain hygiene and other products are not eligible for return. These include but are not limited to:

​​

  • jewellery for piercings

  • products which have been personalised for you or made to your specifications

  • Personal protective equipment including masks and face-masks
